When is the voting snapshot and delivery of rewards?

The snapshot & delivery of bribes is done at different times of the day. Once the snapshot occurs, a second random time is generated for the distribution later that day.

To guarantee bribes, vote and keep your votes on your favorite bribed market over a full 24-hour period. If you are adjusting votes, you may miss the bribe snapshot and subsequently miss out on bribes.
