What makes voting trusted?

Voting occurs entirely on the Stellar blockchain, meaning votes are immutable and verifiable. Voting uses the claimable balance operation on the Stellar network, allowing AQUA and ICE holders to claim back their tokens after selected periods of time. Once reclaimed, AQUA and ICE can be used again.
